Large and comfortable studio, on the edge of a quiet village. Private bathroom and kitchen, sitting area and free WIFI. The kitchen has a fridge, coffeemaker, electric kettle, cooker (induction). With separate entrance, a terrace protected by a hedge and a view of the garden (3000 m²), the pool and the parking. The pool is shared with the owners.
B&b possible, off season, on request.
The studio has a bedroom with two beds (90 x 200, lits-jumeaux) and a wardrobe. On the other side is the living room with a two seats sofa, an armchair, a dinner table with two chairs and – for decoration – an old pinball machine.
Well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
L’Onida has a private terrace but you can also make use of the garden or the terrace around the pool.
L’Onida is not far from the abbey of Fontfroide, from Lagrasse, Narbonne, Carcassonne, the cathar castles (like Peyrepertuse and Quéribus), the canal du Midi and many other things worthwhile seeing.
There are restaurants (like La Luciole in Luc sur Orbieu, only 3 kms away, or several other restaurants in Lezignan-Corbieres, 6 km. L’Onida is surrounded by wine cellars – the “territoire” of Boutenac is knows for its superb wines – you can taste and buy them at many places in or around the village.
L’Onida is easy to reach by car. There is a train station in Lezignan-Corbieres and there are airports in Carcassonne, Montpellier and Toulouse.

Cleaning is included, however the tenant should yield up the premises to the landlord in a flawless and clean condition.
Towels and bed linen at your disposal. Electricity is included.
A tourist tax of 0,88 € per night/person will have to be paid on arrival.
